By any chance have you heard about Microsoft’s Office Live Small Business? I just switched over to it and I've been really happy with it. Instead of having to log in and out of a million websites, I finally have a one-stop shop: you have your website, domain name, company e-mail, store and documents all in one place...pretty handy!
The Email Marketing Beta really helped me out because I love sending newsletters, and you can use HTML and even keep track of who's opening the messages! It helps when doing marketing research.
